The following are excerpted from Cloverdale Police Department daily log entries and the daily logs of the Cloverdale Fire Department. 

MONDAY, JANUARY 14

8:55 a.m. Neighborhood dispute reported to the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Advice given.

12:47 p.m. Vandalism at Kings Circle. Management to handle.

1:55 p.m. Vandalism reported at Citrus Fair Drive underpass. Activity not as reported. Officer contacted. Subject warned and advised.

2:12 p.m. Suspicious vehicle on North Main Street. Officer reports registered owner staying with someone in the area. Reporting party advised.

3:44 p.m. Possible fraud occurred at a gas station on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Credit card fraud occurred after transaction at local gas station. Advised.

4:17 p.m. Disturbance at a business on East Second Street. Subject took items and was chased. Subject located and detained. Warned and advised to not return.

8:14 p.m. Disturbance on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Report of two males physically fighting, one possibly in possession of a bat. Gone on arrival.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 15

4:57 a.m. Suspicious person on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Moved along.

5:04 a.m. Suspicious person(s) on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Two subjects moved along.

9:01 a.m. Vandalism at cemetery on East First Street. Referred to Public Works.

9:57 a.m. Suspicious vehicle occupied on Vine Street. Unable to locate.

10:25 a.m. Welfare check requested on South Franklin Street for a transient who entered a location, “trashed” the facilities and left on foot. Unable to locate.

10:30 a.m. Disturbance on Railroad Avenue. Caller reports patron agitated and disoriented. Citation issued.

12:42 p.m. Disturbance (fight) reported to the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Walk in requesting assistance with intoxicated family member. Officer reported warned and advised regarding driving.

2:53 p.m. Suspicious circumstances reported to the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Walk in reports fraudulent Facebook account created using her information. Advised.

4:28 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at a motel on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Possible fraud. Advised.

10:03 p.m. Suspicious person(s) outside a church on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Moved along

10:11 p.m. Suspicious person reported to be loitering by businesses on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Repeatedly warned. Moved along.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16

9:06 a.m. Suspicious vehicle occupied on North Jefferson Street. Reporting party advised.

12:16 p.m. Petty theft on Sandholm Lane. License plate taken from trailer. Report taken.

2:21 p.m. Disturbance on School Street. Caller reports neighbor is screaming and yelling at them as they are cleaning their gutters. Advised.

2:43 p.m. Neighborhood dispute on Sherwood Circle. Caller reports neighbors are loud. Advice given.

4:32 p.m. Neighborhood dispute at Kings Circle. Caller reports neighbor has a visitor who has left a walker in the right of way of other tenants. Reporting party advised to contact management as act is not criminal in nature.

6:36 p.m. Hit and run misdemeanor on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Officer reports sign down.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 17

1:40 a.m. Warrant arrest on South Cloverdale Boulevard.

10:28 a.m. Warrant service on North Jefferson Street and South Cloverdale Boulevard. Citation issued.

10:40 a.m. Suspicious person on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Subject sleeping in sleeping bag. Moved along.

6:02 p.m. Warrant arrest on South Foothill Drive and Chablis Way.

6:24 p.m. Disturbance on Sunrise Drive. Three to four subjects involved. Verbal only between family members. Subjects advised.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 19

1:59 p.m. Suspicious circumstances on Treadway Drive. Shoplifting suspect arrested and transported to Sonoma County Jail for warrant.

7:33 p.m. Warrant arrest on South Cloverdale Boulevard and Brookside Drive. Subject transported to Sonoma County Jail.

10:02 p.m. Court order violation reported to the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Report taken.

10:22 p.m. Suspicious person(s) on Broad Street. Two subjects sleeping behind a building across the street from the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Moved along.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 20

8:49 a.m. Suspicious person(s) on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Several transients camped outside a church. Requested move along but they are slow to do so. Moved along.

11:51 a.m. Petty theft report/Dispute on Healdsburg Avenue. Caller reports that his neighbor stole his drill. He is currently waiting outside of neighbors’ apartment and refuses to leave. Believes that neighbor is inside with his drill. He has requested neighbor return it but his neighbor says that it isn’t his. Officer reports, unfounded.

2:02 p.m. Suspicious circumstances on Clark Avenue. Caller reports that there is an extra amount of people coming and going from a location on the street. They appear to be transient and they may not have good intentions. Requests extra patrol in the neighborhood. Advice given.

2:54 p.m. Court order violation reported to the Cloverdale Police Department on Broad Street. Walk in reports violation of domestic violence order. Report taken.

3:59 p.m. Petty theft on North Jefferson Street. Caller reports $50 worth of firewood has been taken from her yard.

6:04 p.m. Neighborhood dispute on Porterfield Creek Drive. Reporting party advised.

7:15 p.m. Domestic disturbance on Elbridge Avenue. Report of physical assault. Advised.

10:09 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at the Cloverdale cemetery on East First Street. Gravesite has been dug up and there are two coffins exposed with the lids removed. Report taken.

MONDAY, JANUARY 14

7:56 a.m. Medical aid on South Cloverdale Boulevard for a 99-year-old male with difficulty breathing. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

3:05 p.m. Medical aid on School Street for a 79-year-old male with a possible stroke. Transported to Kaiser.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 15

6:43 p.m. Public assist at Kings Circle. Smoke alarm replacement.

8:27 p.m. Medical aid on Church Lane for a male patient feeling ill. No transport.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16

9:05 a.m. Removed down tree blocking the roadway on Highway 128.

8:28 p.m. Removed down tree from the roadway on East First Street.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 17

1:53 a.m. Lift assist on Northstar Lane. Female patient transported to Kaiser Hospital.

4:41 p.m. Removed down tree from the roadway on Highway 118.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 18

11:04 a.m. Medical aid on Kings Circle for a female patient with stomach pain. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

1:12 p.m. Medical aid on Washington Street for a male patient with shortness of breath. Transported to Sutter Hospital.

1:33 p.m. Medical aid on Railroad Avenue for a male patient with shortness of breath. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

9:14 p.m. Lift assist on Brookside Drive.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 19

1:43 a.m. Medical aid on South Cloverdale Boulevard for a male complaining of stomach pain. No transport.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 20

2:28 a.m. Medical aid for a male patient on Cherry Creek Road with difficulty breathing. Transported to Memorial Hospital.

4:53 a.m. Medical aid on Primrose Lane for a female patient with stomach pain. Transported to Sutter Hospital.
