The following are excerpted from Cloverdale Police Department daily log entries and the daily logs of the Cloverdale Fire Department. 

MONDAY, JANUARY 21

8:13 a.m.Trespass at church on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Caller reports at least two people sleeping on the side of the buiding, ongoing issue, reques ting assistance to resolve. Moved along.

8:41 a.m. Municipal code violation at abusiness on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Male subject engaged in predatory panhandling and is annoying passerby. Moved along.

12:09 p.m.  Domestic disturbance on Healdsburg Avenue. Verbal only. Officer counseled all parties involved. Incident resolved.

1:57 p.m. Vehicle stored on North Jefferson Street. Officer iniated tow of vehicle. Completed.

2:20 p.m.  Drive by requested on Clovercrest Drive. Caller requests officer drive by to see if there is a white Ford in the driveway. Officer reports vehice is not present at the address provided.

10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle occupied on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Subjects warned and advised.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 22

7: 18 a.m. Vehicle repossession on Healdsburg Avenue. Caller reports repossession at this location, owner unaware.

7:35 a.m. Welfare check on Lake Street. Caller reports male subject appears disoriented and/or “on drugs”. Is currently sitting/falling off the brick wall at the corner of Lake Street and Cloverdale Boulevard. Subject cited for violation of probation.

9:20 a.m. Vehicle repossession on East First Street. Caller reports repossession from this location, owner unaware.

11:24 a.m. Misdemeanor hit and run on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Report taken.

12:38 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at the Plaza on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Male subject yelling, cursing and making threats. Moved along.

12:45 p.m. Death threats made on Healdsburg Avenue. Report taken.

2:27 p.m. Disturbance at the Plaza on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Male subject yelling, decined to board transit bus. Warned and advised, no longer welcome in the Plaza. Moved along.

2:41 p.m. Drunk in public on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Arrest made. Subject transported to Sonoma County Jail.

4:45 p.m. Suspicious circumstances at the library on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Three juveniles standing in the parking lot. Reporting party found a suspicious item in the creek.

4:58 p.m.  Grand theft on South Cloverdaale Boulevard. Bicycle stolen from behind business. Report taken.

10:52 p.m. Disturbance on Healdsburg Avenue. Citation to appear on out of county warrant  issued.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23

1:07 a.m. Warrant arrest on South Cloverdale Boulevard.

10:23 a.m.  Suspicious circumstances at Cloverdale High School on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Reporting party requests an officer respond for a juvenile suffering from physical illness due to suspected injestion of alcohol/drugs. Assisted.

2:07 p.m. Suspicious vehicle occupied on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Citation issued.

6:27 p.m. Suspicious person loitering outside a business on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Moved along.

10:50 p.m Domestic related incident on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Report taken.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 26

7:57 a.m. Welfare check on Healdsburg Avenue. Checks OK.

6:21 p.m. Juvenile problem at Washington School on South Washington Street. Group of four juveniles report being chased by a group of about 20 subjects dressed in dark clothing behind Washington School. Report taken.

8:37 p.m. Disturbance on South Franklin Street. Large group being loud and noisy. Warned and advised.

8:38 p.m. Domestic related incident on Toscana Circle. Both parties counseled. Report taken.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 27

10:33 a.m. Suspicious person on Chablis Way. Caller reports a male on a red bicycle looking in vehicles. Subject went into a driveway with an open garage door. Unable to locate.

10:54 a.m. Petty theft on South Foothill Boulevard. Caller reports theft of gardeners’ leaf blower from their yard. Advised.

3:40 p.m.  Citizen assist on Kings Circle. Caller reports vehicle with nail in the tire, possible vandalism. Officer contacted. Vehicle has no damage.

5 p.m. Traffic complaint  at South Foothill Boulevard and Elbridge Avenue. A dirt bike with no license plate is running stop signs. Unable to locate.

7:16 p.m. Suspicious person at North Cloverdale Boulevard and East Third Street. Subject sleeping in the doorway of a business. Moved along.

10 p.m. Suspicious person at business on North Cloverdale Boulevard. Reporting party reports a male subject wearing a white or gray sweatshirt keeps riding his bike back and forth through a breezeway. Officer responded, unable to locate anyone matching the description of the subject.

10:31 p.m. Suspicious person at business on South Cloverdale Boulevard. Moved along.

Cloverdale Fire Department

MONDAY, JANUARY 21

1:27 p.m. Possible smell of propain on Healdsburg Avenue. Investigation found no flammable vapors.

1:55 p.m. Medical aid on North Foothill Boulevard for a male feeling ill. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

3:45 p.m. Medical aid on Allan Avenue for a male with possible seizure or tremors. Transported to Sutter.

9:50 p.m. Medical aid on South Foothill Boulevard for a male experiencing loss of consciousness. Transported to Healsburg General Hospital.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23

10:25 a.m. Medical aid on North Cloverdale Boulevard for a 16-year-old male with a headache. No transport.

4:15 p.m. Report of a big rig on Highway 101 with an odor of natural gas coming from it. Nothing found.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 24

10:25 a.m. Motor oil left on the side of the road. Taken care of.

12:48 p.m. Medical Aid on Cherry Creek Road. Elderly male wanting to be transported to Kaiser.

3:41 p.m. Lift assist on Ottoboni Drive.

8:01 p.m. Medical Aid on Highway 101 South. Subject experienced shortness of breath, choking on a pill. No transport.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 25

5:50 p.m. Single vehicle off the roadway, overturned. Non-injury, no transport.

9:01 p.m. Medical aid on North Cloverdale Boulevard for a 15-year-old female with chest pain. No transport.

9:13 p.m. Medical Aid on Wilson Road for a 40-year-old female with stomach pain. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 26

1:26 p.m. Medical aid on North Jefferson Street for an 89-year-old female with a ground-level fall. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.

7:01 p.m. Medical aid for a 37-year-old female with a head injury. No transport.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 27

3:45 p.m. Medical Assist on Cherry Creek Road for a male with difficulty breathing. Transported to Healdsburg General Hospital.
