El Molino High School’s 53th commencement ceremony for the class of 2019 took place on June 6. ASB President Anmolpreet Kang welcomed the crowd, and five student speakers — Adolfo Membrila, Jackson Flint, Sheila Ruiz-Higuera, Mason Rewerts and Natalie Milan — shared stories of triumph, humor, challenges, poetry and optimism for the future. Family and friends cheered on the graduating class before the eruption of grad caps put an end of the official part of the ceremony.
