Hang onto your hats folks, this young active boy is ready to find his new home. He’s made it very clear that he wants a very active partner with a large yard to explore, the opportunity for daily hikes/runs, lots of playtime and plenty of affection. He’s young (about 2) and will need some additional training, which is a great opportunity to bond with this handsome guy. But, in the end, we expect him to become one of the many great ambassadors that Green Dog Rescue Project is proud to have assisted on their journey to a forever family. He’s a bit goofy and clumsy at this stage in his life, but has been good around people and other dogs thus far, though his youth can get the better of him sometimes and he forgets his manners in his eagerness to meet and play with other dogs. Someone out there with the ability to help him with his proper social graces would be best suited for this big lug.

Each week the Times will profile the Green Dog of the Week to help find these dogs great local homes. Green Dog Adoption Days are Thursday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. or by appointment. Call 707-433-4377 or visit our website athttp://www.greendogproject.org for more information.
