Girl scouts of all ages gathered on the Town Green on March 12 to celebrate the organization’s 100th anniversary. In addition to a round of Girl Scout Songs, the assembled girls received a declaration from Windsor Mayor Debora Fudge and heard the story of the organization’s foundation.
