Children had a chance to get some trick-or-treating in after the fire at the downtown event that was rescheduled for Nov. 8. In addition to local shops handing out candy, first responders were also on hand giving out treats and letting children check out fire engines, police cruisers and a police ATV. Children’s activities, such as giant bubble making, were also available before the community thanked responders and residents for successfully handling the Kincade Fire and subsequent evacuations.
